Abbie & Shawn + 1

As I shared in the last post - only about four days went by after we finished their maternity shoot before Abbie and Shawn's adorable son, Simon, was born. They invited me to their beautiful home to do a newborn shoot and it was one of the easiest shoots I've done! The light in their home is just perfect for portraits, and Simon was a great little model. Abbie + Shawn

Abbie and Shawn are such a sweet couple and just recently welcomed their first child, Simon! He was born three weeks early, about four days after we took these images... We were all relieved that we had gotten them done earlier in the week! He is super precious and I can't wait to share a preview of his newborn shoot - but here are a few of his parents just before he arrived.

Brad & Reed

Bobby and I first met Brad about a year after we moved to Indiana. We quickly became good friends and have loved having him as part of our lives here. When he met Reed and her girls, we were overjoyed! Brad is a great guy, and we were absolutely thrilled for these four to become a family. They have been super patient in waiting to see these images as I got sidelined by morning sickness and general life-craziness right after their wedding. I am grateful for your patience and hope it was worth the wait! Congratulations Saunders family -- may God continue to shower you with blessings and grace! We love y'all!

Scott & Mychaela + 1

Scott and Mychaela go to church with us and recently welcomed a sweet baby girl, Ryleigh! I will never get over how much fun it is to snuggle these beautiful little ones. I love my job! :)
