I am beyond thrilled to get to publish this post! I remember distinctly when Bobby came home from a walk with the dog one night and told me he'd met a new couple who'd moved in two doors down. I couldn't have imagined that only a few years later we would count those neighbors among our closest friends, or that our boys would be born only two weeks apart! We've made lots of great memories together so far, and I trust the adventure will only get to be more fun as these boys grow. :)

Introducing Scotty J.

As I said in my last post, this little guy has stolen my heart! Big bro Beckett was asleep for most of the shoot, so these are all of Scotty and his parents. I am sure you'll see more of the two of them as they grow. I couldn't resist posting all black and white images this time - I promise there are more in color! Just can't wait until our little man arrives (which will be soon!), and our boys can get to know each other properly. :)

Derek & Jenni + 1.5!

Our dear friends, Derek and Jenni, recently welcomed their second son into the world. I am already completely smitten with this little man and can't wait to share some images we captured in his first week. These, however, are from the maternity shoot we did in the weeks prior to his birth! We just love this family and are so grateful to God for them. Life wouldn't be the same without y'all!
