Our friends Kim and Ryan are expecting their daughter, Kennedy, any day now. I was blessed to do some maternity photos for them, and I've got to say - it was probably one of the easiest shoots I've ever done. They are so photogenic, and it was relaxing and fun to spend time with them.

I can't wait to meet Kennedy, and I'm praying for a speedy (and SOON) labor for you, Kim. Much love!!

Playing Catch Up!

It's been a wonderful and BUSY summer. Bobby has been working hard on his classes for his MBA, and Nola and I have been working hard on some projects around the house and taking lots of photos! I haven't updated the old blog too frequently, but I've had opportunity to get some great shots and spend time with some fun (and beautiful!) people.

Some family photos of the Turners. I could NOT get over this little guy's rolls. He is too precious, and his parents are so sweet as well!

There are more on the way... a first birthday party, a wedding, and some more maternity photos. PLUS - mini-shoots are just a couple weeks away, and I've got a couple shoots in between now and then! I'm a busy girl these days, and I'm editing up a storm (I'm surprised my computer hasn't started smoking). Check back soon for more images.

I have just a couple slots left in my mini-shoot coming up in a few weeks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some gorgeous fall weather and colorful leaves. Bekah

Bekah is not a senior, but she didn't get a chance to do senior pictures when she graduated. We got together a couple weeks ago and did a session downtown. She is super fun and is drop. dead. gorgeous! This girl could seriously be a model. Here is a little sneak peak at your photos, Bekah - hope you and your family enjoy them! the Browns

We enjoyed a visit from Bobby's aunt and three cousins over their Spring Break recently. We only got to see them briefly, but we had a great time! We only see them once or twice a year, so I'm always amazed at how much the cousins have grown. All three of them are looking very grown up these days!

Nola and I met them at the park for a quick photo session while they were in town. As a reward for taking great pictures, Parker got a brand new batman cape with his name on it. Pretty cool!

Trisha & Matt + 2

Just in case you're wondering -- we did finally make it home from the hospital (in time for Thanksgiving!). Our Nola Hope is just fine now, and there were no lasting effects from her blood infection. Just one of those things -- we are so grateful that the Lord healed her and provided such awesome medical care for her. I'm happy to report she is back to her old self and is busy walking all over the house!

I had the privilege of photographing Trisha and Matt and their two adorable daughters last week. We managed to snag probably the warmest day of the whole month and even got to head outside for a little while. I had the hardest time narrowing down which photos to show here - these girls are just too cute!

Thanks for allowing me to spend time with your family - I had a lot of fun and hope y'all did too! :)
