Dan & Jill + 1!

Jill and Dan are, quite literally, some of the nicest people I've ever met. In fact, before we had even met, they brought a meal to us after Nola was born. Dan was working with Bobby at the time and told his sweet wife that a new mom needed a meal... and she provided a delicious one! I was thrilled when I found out they were expecting a little girl.

I have to say (and maybe I've said it before) ... maternity sessions are probably my favorite kind of session. There is just so much joy wrapped up in the anticipation of a baby coming and it's joy to me to get to capture that for people, especially people I already care about and love!

I was blessed to do a newborn session with this new family of three as well, so you'll be seeing more of them and the beautiful Cecelia soon. In the meantime, a (not so little) preview...

Nora is One!

One of my favorite parts about my job as a photographer is spending time with my clients. I really enjoy hearing people's stories of how they met or where they live, so I loved getting to know Trina and her husband, Charles, and of course their precious daughter, Nora. Trina is Trisha's identical twin sister, so it was really fun to meet her after knowing Trisha for a while. I think I would definitely have trouble telling them apart - I didn't get to see them together, but their looks, mannerisms and voices are so similar! What fun.

Here is a little preview from our session - you are a beautiful family and I hope we get to do this again sometime! Thanks for driving all the way to Columbus! :)
